Bloody urine 3x in 2 days other times clear. Stool, blood wrk nrml. I have 3 kidney stones. No pain. Feel lightheaded at times. Causes? I'm worried
Blood in urine: Given that you have 3 kidney stones, it is likely that the hematuria is because of the stones. Absence of pain is unusual but not unheard of. Other poss include cyst or tumor. Ultrasound would show these. And then a renal disease can bleed, such as glomerulonephritis. A check with ultrasound and U/A and blood work asap is warranted. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Completed 8 times bcg. Little blood in urine even after 3 days of BCG completion. Is it a danger sign?
No: Not unusual for bcg to cause both visible blood in urine and/or bladder irritation (urgency, frequency, burning) especially after repeated doses (6-8 treatments) as inflammation of the bladder is one of the ways that bcg works. Blood can sometimes also be related to a uti. If not otherwise very symptomatic, increase oral fluids and monitor. If symptoms or bleeding worsen, contact your urologist. ...Read more
I had blood in urine 2days in 2000. Ive, cystoscopy, prostate all normal. Month ago 3 times blood in urine. Urine looks ok. Waiting for apt. Likely cause?
Possibilities: Blood could be from one of the kidneys, a renal pelvis, a ureter (less common), the bladder or the prostate. For anyone to guess without test results would be meaningless. Most likely your first test will be a CT-IVP with contrast. Good luck to get good news soon. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
My wife just discovered blood in her urine that's all that I know at this time. She said that she has pain in her abdominal area too she has blood in urine too.
You know, just this second my sister-in-law called me to say she has blood in her urine and abdominal pain! are you my brother-in-law? :)
the two most common causes of blood in the urine are a kidney stone and a urinary tract infection. There are other causes, like bladder tumors and such, but if this is sudden and her pain seems to radiate from her back or lower abdomen to her groin, she may have a stone.
If you have a urologist, call him/her. Otherwise, I would call her primary physician. If she has a stone, her pain may blossom over the night, and you may have to bring her to the er, just to manage the pain.
Meanwhile, she should stay hydrated as much as possible.
I've added the tag "urology" as this question is best answered by a urologist.
Good luck! ...Read more
