I've had bulimia 16 years, last night I vomited a piece of what I believe was stomach or esophgus tissue, and then was spitting blood- possible?

You could have bleeding gums which can often be present without pain. I would begin by seeing your dentist. IN ANY CASE your symptoms are not normal and you must get the bleeding tracked down!

Previously I had blood in spit for a month doc gave anti biotics now I dun see blood. Does that mean the anti biotics worked, ? Doc says it must be.
Find the real reason: Antibiotics are for infection. Period. Some have other indications but, in the absence of known infection, they should be avoided.
