You could have bleeding gums which can often be present without pain. I would begin by seeing your dentist. IN ANY CASE your symptoms are not normal and you must get the bleeding tracked down!

Find the real reason: Antibiotics are for infection. Period. Some have other indications but, in the absence of known infection, they should be avoided.
