For 2 days I have had dried blood in nose & i clear throat a few streaks of blood in mucus spit out. Clear chst X-ray 3 mth ago. Causes? Lung cancer?

I felt nauseous and i made myself vomit, and i noticed that i had specks of blood in my mucus/spit. Should i be concerned or will it go away in time?
I have colds and swollen lymph node in the neck. I see a small amount of blood when I spit mucus sometimes. Should I be worried?
This doesn't happen every morning but on some mornings when I get ready to spit out mucus its mixed with a small amount of blood I haven't been coughing?
Get it checked.: Blood from any body site is a danger signal and should be checked. However in your case it may be from inflamed nasal passages with post nasal drip, inflamed gumbs, inflamed tonsils etc but you would most likely have symptoms. Maybe nothing: If you have had a hard cough for several days you could have irritated your bronchial mucosa and are getting flecks of blood in the mucous.
