Possibly: I would see your ob/gyn and see if you might want to get an mri. Blood flow is not usually seen in a true cyst. An MRI will help to better look at the cyst and see if it needs any more of a work up. ...Read more

Usually not serious: It's very common to form ovarian cysts. Sometimes the fluid inside is clear (simple cyst) or the cyst is filled with blood (hemorrhagic cyst).
