Complex cysts, filled with internal echoes. Cyst is thick-walled with peripheral blood flow what does that mean? On ovaries
Ovarian Cyst: Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts are quite common. Many produce no symptoms at all, but others may cause pain in mid-cycle, especially if they rupture. Occasionally, large ones can rupture suddenly and be an acute emergency. If you are concerned, I would definitely discuss the matter again with your gynecologist.
5.1 complex cyst on ovary with septations and internal echos but avascular. I'm only 26 should I be scared about this? Dr mentioned blood cyst maybe?

What's the risk of an ovary cyst if a woman wants to conceive? What should I do? My husband is a Rh b-. Does blood matching matter in marriages?
Ovarian Cysts: Ovarian cysts can be completely normal and may never affect your fertility; in fact your ovary is supposed to make cysts which are like little houses for your developing eggs. Sometimes the cysts don't resolve though and they stay, which is fine because they'll eventually go away. The only worrisome cysts affecting fertility is endometriosis. Your md can tell you if you have a cyst like this.
I had a cyst on my ovary rupture 5 days ago and today I have experienced intense pain and I am spotting blood. I am on Xeralto do I need to go back t?

Clotting, irregular and longer period 4 months after cyst and ovary removal. Is this normal? Bright to very dark blood as well.
Common: Irregular periods are very common. Other than being annoying for you usually it is not a sign of something serious. Depending on your age and medical problems there are certain blood tests that can be done as well as a sonogram. Birth control pills can often regulate cycles. Woman who are done having children may consider an endometrial ablation. There is no relationship to surgery 4 mo ago.
Bilateral probable complex cystic structures prob associated debris (blood flow noted) in the ovaries suggestive of bilateral hemorrhagic cysts.
Most likely: If bilateral, the hemorrhagic cysts are more likely to be endometriomas.

I: I am so sorry that you have had to go through all of this. I am glad that you had an ultrasound to diagnose your right ovarian cyst. Please see your gynecologist for a complete evaluation. Some ovarian cysts can be controlled with medications, such as hormone-type medications. Sometimes cysts can be removed with a cystectomy, which is removal of the cyst only. A board certified gynecologist will be able to completely evaluate the ultrasound and your symptoms and help you come up with the appropriate plan.

Had appendectomy 9\16. Went well. Then a ruptured cyst on my right ovary a month later. Pain has decreased but my urine is cloudy, some blood and air.
Urinary Infection: Cloudy, bloody urine most often means you have a urinary tract infection. Bacteria in the urinary tract can also produce bubbles in the urine. You probably need a urinalysis and antibiotics for a urinary tract infection. You an get these via a consultation with a HealthTap provider or your own doctor. If you continue to pass air in the urine after treatment, you should get a full evaluation.See 1 more doctor answer
