I have grade 2 scariolitis (as) and i take no medication. I have low hemoglobin 118, low MCH 27.2 and high RDW which came on suddenly. My blood count was normal six weeks ago, except the low potassium level of 3.3. Could I have aoi anemia or inflammation?

I think all are normal except RDW what this can indicate?
RDW high: If RDW is high this means the Range of Dimension Width is high, indicating the Red cell corpuscles are not the same sizes, this could be due to the Bone Marrow produced two or more of populations of Red cells. CBC: Without knowing what values are abnormal there is no way in which to help you interpret these changes, but what can be said is that they are generally meaningless in the absence of a full clinical evaluation.
