Subchorionic bleed: Sounds like you have a subchorionic or subamniotic hematoma. Most of these will resolve over time. Pregnancy (Definition)

When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

I am 9 weeks pregnant and have had vaginal bleeding due to a blood clot near uterus. Can being sexually aroused hurt my baby or cause me to bleed.

No, see OB.: Sexual arousal or even having sex will not harm the baby. Sex may cause complications in case the placenta is low in the uterus. Occasional mild bleeding in pregnancy is not uncommon. If is persists, you should consult your OB. I trust that for the sake of your and your baby's health you are seeing an OB. ...Read more

My ultrasound today and showed a blood clot in my uterus. My period is tomorrow. Can they tell if that is your period starting? Pregnancy test was neg

Pelvic ultrasound: Ultrasound cannot predict when your period will start. If there was something seen inside the uterus right before an expected cycle, it could be a blood clot. It could also be something else. What was seen could certainly be blood or debris indicating the beginning of a period, but I would encourage follow up to be certain that something else is not going on inside your uterus. ...Read more

Cause of miscarriage: Most miscarriages are caused by genetic abnormalities in the fetus and are unavoidable. See answer: Typical UTI symptoms are urinary urgency, frequency, voiding small amounts, bladder/pelvic pressure, burning/pain with urination, and sometimes visible blood. I have large blood clots on my period. What's wrong with my blood, or with my uterus?

I have large blood clots on my period. What's wrong with my blood, or with my uterus?

Probably nothing: Most women see clots with their periods. If they are really too large, you might be losing too much blood and be anemic, though. If you're pale, tired, short of breath, this could be the case. Also if your periods are very long (a week or more) or you bleed all month, this might mean your uterus is bleeding. If you have any of these symptoms, you should be checked by a professional. ...Read more
