What to do with 840 mililiters blood in abdomen after hernia surgery had hernia repair surgery on testicle was in bad pain 2 weeks later dr said blood floating around in abdomen
Many : Many times the blood you are talking about is bodily fluids tinged with blood. Sometimes you don't even have to drain that fluid. I'm assuming they did because you have an exact measure of 840 milliliters... Either way many times a collection of bodily fluids or even frank blood as long as the bleeding stopped is left alone for your body to deal with. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
The : The peroneal vein is one of several veins in the lower leg that are collectively referred to as "deep veins." clots can form in these veins in a variety of circumstances, including prolonged bedrest, long airline flights, trauma, or exposure to agents like birth control pills. Some people are at risk for clots because of abnormalities in their blood. If you have peroneal clots, you should be evaluated for a clotting disorder and it may be appropriate for you to take some blood thinning agents. Does the drug vincristine cause blood clots in the bowel, grandad had rcvp them had a blood clot in the major artery supplying the bowel?

However, having a cancer (such as lymphoma that i suspect your dad has) can elevate clotting risk all by itself. Prednisone in rcvp can elevate risk of clotting as well. Additionally, as a 67yo man, he could have had pre-existing vascular disease that elevated his risk for clotting in those vessels that supply the gut. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Blood clot at 12 yrs ago after spinal surgery. Got in lungs. Have times where I have heavy shortness of breath for days. Is this related to the clot?
It's possible: It's possible that the part of the lung that was closed off from its blood supply 12 years ago when you got the clot has now developed scarring and so that part of the lung is dysfunctional. Who knows what happens when you get those bouts of shortness of breath. Perhaps, that part of the lung is making an overall difference. ...Read more
No not normal: It is certainly possible to have a large bruise at the needle puncture site used to gather the blood. It's a large needle, and can cause some bleeding. But only at that location. If you muscle soreness does not resolve, you need to be seen. ...Read more
Can a big left side varicocel, after long time cause right sided decrease blood flow? if yes will blood flow in right testis be normal after operation
Unlikely: Suggest you consult urologist for management of symptomatic large left-sided varicocele. Presence of associated discomfort is good indication that it shoul probably be corrected surgically.
