Possible: Clots below the knee only usually do not cause symptoms or significant problem even if they dislodge as they are too small to cause . Some experts do not even recommend blood thinners for this kind of clots as they often dissolve on their own. You should continue full activity as normal as this hastens improvement. Doubtful.: A rash probably is not a blood vessel unless you have a group of spider veins in that area which would give the appearance of spider legs. Varicose veins would be raised, blue and grape-like in appearance. A red rash doesn't sound like veins. You should see a vein specialist for an evaluation. ...Read more
