Yes: If the trauma was bad enough to cause a hemorrhage within the white of her eye, she should have a through dilated eye exam by an ophthalmologist to see if there is any internal damage. Depends: Depends on the severity of the hemorrhage. As an oculoplastc specialist i deal with blunt trauma all the time but i leave the retina issues to a retinal specialist and concern myself with the bones.
