Orange blood?: I do not know why your blood is orange. You might be anemic. As having 0 energy, your almost vegan diet should include veggie that give you complete protein with the right amino acids. Leafy greens and whole grain are a good source of iron. Veggies with a lot of beta carotene can make your skin look orange and is not a cause for concern. High: You need to have this checked again. You could have been dehydrated, are you a smoker? On any diuretics (fluid pills)? If persistently elevated, this needs to be evaluated. Could be polycythemia. There are other causes as well. Hope this helps. At the age of 39, unlikely primary polycythemia but it can occur at you get ages.
