Get it checked out: If this is bright red it is probably a benign lesion called a hemangioma but if dark and not improving it may be a skin cancer such as melanoma and it should be evaluated as soon as possible to be on the safe side. Yes: A popped blood blister wet in the shower is not concerning as long as you dry it thoroughly afterwards. Blood blisters by their definition have not broken through deeper past the skin, but they can still be a source of infection.
