Blood blister: You need to keep pressure off the area. Use moleskin and cut a circle in it to put over the area. Then cut a second and third moleskin in the same way. Better idea: Gotta disagree with doc. With injury skin, inflammation occurs which means the area becomes red, warm, tender and with swelling. Swelling/bleeding occurs under skin layers and causes bulging creating a protective fluid cushion called blister.
