Is it safe to burst a blood blister on a diabetics foot? If not what can you do for it?

Is it safe to burst a blood blister on a diabetics foot? If not what can you do for it?

It : It depends on how large the blister is and for how long it has been present. Usually, in diabetic patients, it might be better to leave the blister alone. Nevertheless, if there are signs of infection (redness surrounding the blister or pus drainage coming out), then it's better to burst the blister.
