What causes wounds on the gums which are like blood stripes and painless small bumps filled with fluids on the inside cheeks?
Biting/salivary duct: repeated bitting can cause the strips on the cheeks. If it around the gums near the teeth = most likely gingivitis. Small painless fluid filled bumps in cheeks = most likely fluid filled salivary glands just underneath the tissue. For gums just work on brushing techniques and the bumps = no worries and normal.
