Sounds like: You may be having a flare of the crohn's. You don't say what meds you are on, but i would suggest you contact the doctor who is managing your crohn's immediately before you get too far out of control and suffer a complication. I am experiencing diarrhea and constipation. And I have not been able to go to the bathroom despite taking laxatives, and drinking prune juice.
Laxatives: Laxatives will give you diarrhea so if you over do it you can go back and forth changing form constipation to diarrhea and back again. Reacting to gluten?: This may be caused reaction to gluten. Try gluten free foods and see if it will help.
