Is it healthy to only eat once a day? For as long as i can remember i've only eaten once a day. It's not that i don't want to eat, it's just that if i eat three meals, or even two, i feel extremely bloated and full, even if the meals weren't anything big.

Gallbladder: It seems you could have a gallbladder disease which get irritated as it squeezes out bile after eating. The other one that can do that is the pancreas but only in bouts of pancreatitis which is more a continuous pain. Not sure: Definitely seems like a condition that you should talk to your doctor about. In the meantime, you might try adding a fiber supplement or MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) to see if this helps. Fiber is good but: If you are not drinking enough fluid it can lead to constipation. Remember caffeine and alcohol dehydrate and lead to constipation. Generally i recommend 80-100 ounces of caffeine free/alcohol free fluids every day. It will take 10-14 days of this regimen to see improvement. If not better need to have a GI workup for other causes of constipation. ...Read more

Correlation : You are not bloated because you don't eat- you are bloated from what you ate before - things that the bacteria eat that you don't digest. Think fiber, milk, fats. If it is fatty foods that are doing this it may be from your gallbladder but probably it is not. ...Read more

Sounds like: you need an :":upper GI tract" evaluation ..esophagus,stomach and possibly you gallbladder as well.! In the meantime take an antacid and see if his helps your abdominal discomfort..convey these results to your PCP (Primary Care Provider) who may decide to refer you to a gastroenterologist ..Hope this helps! Peanut butter: Peanuts commonly cause food sensitivities. Symptoms can be GI bloating and more. Peanuts are also often genetically modified (gmo) crops, and aflatoxin contamination is common (you would be sicker than you are). Lots of reasons here to avoid peanut butter, and replace with almond or other true nut butters. (peanut is not a "nut".) stop eating it and see if your symptoms resolve in few days. ...Read more
