Is it healthy to only eat once a day? For as long as I can remember I've only eaten once a day. It's not that I don't want to eat, it's just that if I eat three meals, or even two, I feel extremely bloated and full, even if the meals weren't anything big.

The other one that can do that is the pancreas but only in bouts of pancreatitis which is more a continuous pain.
