Is it healthy to only eat once a day? For as long as i can remember i've only eaten once a day. It's not that i don't want to eat, it's just that if i eat three meals, or even two, i feel extremely bloated and full, even if the meals weren't anything big.

You may be interested in my blog post below on eating multiple times a day. If you feel well and are at healthy weight no problem. I am a bit concerned about your abdominal symptoms though.
