Im 5'4,135 lbs,19 y/o and want to lose 20 lbs.I'm drinking 2.2 liters of water a day and I feel bloated why? Am I going to lose weight? Also on a diet

Eat probiotics: Add yogurt and Kafir and probitics to replenish the Gut bacteria. Try to find out what causes the problem either certain type of vegetables, or Bread/Pasta/Pizza or milk product. if you can associate with some thing, may eliminate that group of food for 2 week to see if symptoms resolve. But water remains in body only because of influence of salt - sodium in particular. If you eat a large amount of salt,you will retain water. Certain hormones can cause sodium retention as well. Over hydrated??: I don't know how much water you are drinking.. But it possible that you are overdoing this water thing... And are all "water logged"???
