Eat probiotics: Add yogurt and Kafir and probitics to replenish the Gut bacteria. Try to find out what causes the problem either certain type of vegetables, or Bread/Pasta/Pizza or milk product. if you can associate with some thing, may eliminate that group of food for 2 week to see if symptoms resolve. No: I applaud your decision to quit an unknown concoction(coke's secret formula) for something that has sustained us forever.I suspect another cause for the bloating and weight gain-unless the coke had a secret diuretic to get you to drink more coke.Keep up with the water and i expect you to get back to normal. ...Read more

Water weight?: Wondered the same thing myself...... Most of the weight in body is indeed water therefore water weight. But water remains in body only because of influence of salt - sodium in particular. If you eat a large amount of salt,you will retain water. Certain hormones can cause sodium retention as well. Over hydrated??: I don't know how much water you are drinking.. But it possible that you are overdoing this water thing... And are all "water logged"??? There can be problems with drinking gallons of water each day such as electrolyte abnormalities hyponateremia or low serum sodium. You mention history of depression and anxiety. ST for dehydration?: I know of no skin test to check for dehydration but I am concerned about the excessive water intake and low urine output. You need to get checked for kidney failure (blood test, urine test). See a kidney specialist if necessary. ...Read more

Other medical conditions are possible, but less likely. Usually no underlying disorder is found when a women complains of bloating.
