I'm 42 had a chicken pox vaccine last week. Injection site was red and swollen now have like a blister on my chest. Is that normal?
Chickenpox: Vaccine as with any other vaccines can cause redness and slight swelling at the site of shot. The first vaccine will give you 95% protection and close to 100% the second time around. Abscesses?: Abscesses, boils, small carbuncles, etc. or whatever they may be called are very tough to treat and are often caused by underlying bacterial skin infections that occur locally and can "come and go."
