Why do My baby's feet sweat a lot if she doesn't wear socks?

Normal

Baby
Every baby is different and some sweat quite a bit and others not as much. Sometimes this continues into childhood and beyond. Don't be worried and don't think this means he is overly warm. Babies just do that

If my baby's feet are facing outward like a penguin's, is that abnormal?

Toeing out

Baby
You did not mention how old your baby is. Toeing out or in are common in infants before they are a year old. When they start walking, these problems usually go away. If the problem persists by or after the age of 18 months, an orthopedic evaluation maybe warranted.

My baby's feet sweat so much that they always look wrinkly. Is this worrisome?

Not a concern

Puberty
In general this is not a concern as long as your child is otherwise healthy. If there are additional concerns, see your provider.

Rashes on 2 months old baby's palm, face, feet, stomach, back ,etc n cradle cap?

Seborrhea

Cradle_cap
Seborrhea is another name for cradle cap. In addition to the scaly places on the scalp there are little red bumps on the trunk and head. The bumps are very fine and reddish. you could check Google Images for seborrhea to see if it looks like what your child has. talk to your pediatrician about treatments. sometimes a mild steroid such as cortisone is used. sometimes an anti fungal such as Lotrimin

During ultrasound in pregnancy, doctor was unable to see baby's sex and feet were always crossed. At delivery, baby have club feet and other defects?

Crossed feet

Ultrasound
Your description sounds normal and the fact that the baby had crossed feet does not indicate any suspected defect. If you are concerned, you should discuss this with your doctor and consider a repeat ultrasound.

What type of streches/exercises can I do to at home to stretch my 10 months old baby's Achilles tendon; ankles are very tight and never puts foot flat?

See doctor first

Ankle
I would not advise doing any stretches on your baby's feet or ankles without first checking with the pediatrician, preferably a pediatric orthopedist or podiatrist. While stretching may be helpful, it can also cause problems such as subluxing joints or tearing or rupturing soft tissues (tendons, ligaments, nerves, blood vessels).

My infant has small blister like bumps on her feet. They are also white and it appears to be itching her..what can that be ?

Viral?

Itch
Did your Baby have a fever? Does your baby have blisters anywhere else? Like in her hands or in her mouth. Your description sounds like a cocxacki virus, which is benign and will resolve in 3-5 days. It is important to keep your baby comfortable and well hydrated. See your doctor if your baby is irritable or there is a high fever.
