See below: What I believe you are describing are called fracture blisters. They are due to excessive swelling of the soft tissue/skin. These blisters are usually sterile and generally after five days the bed has healed up below. Progressively they will disrupt. You can use hibiclens a surgical washing detergent. This may be caused by swelling alone or surgical tape placed in excessive tension to secure bandage.
