See below: What i believe you are describing are called fracture blisters. They are due to excessive swelling of the soft tissue/skin. These blisters are usually sterile and generally after five days the bed has healed up below .Progressively they will disrupt. You can use hibiclens a surgical washing detergent . Note they can be particularly a problem around surgical incision sites and lead to infection. I would check with your physician/surgeon about these. Good luck thank you. ...Read more

Any lesion in your mouth that has not healed within 7-10 days, and especially one that changes in shape and/or size, needs to be examined clinically and possibly biopsied. Depends: Blisters immed after surgery usually secondary to excessive tension on superficial layers of skin. This may be caused by swelling alone or surgical tape placed in excessive tension to secure bandage.
