I have a blister on my top lip and under my lip. Its not bleeding or pussing jus tingling burning itchy. Then it lil tiny bumps on top lip lininng?

Could be serious: This sounds like an innocent disease called herpangina from a virus that mostly affects children. And it is possible you have it, if you are exposed to children.
