Fistula?: What you are describing sounds like a fistula or drainage track from an infected tooth. Your dentist can confirm this with an X-ray and a Gutta percha placed in the "gum pimple". It wouldn't hurt because the pressure is vented thru the pimple, but if an infection it is dangerous to your overall health. Have your dentist help you treat your problem. Two thoughts: Either an infection or a mucocele. It doesn't make sense to take any chances. See a dentist to know for sure. If it is an infection, even though it doesn't hurt now, it will soon enough and usually at the most inopportune time. If it's a mucocele, all the better. Last night I seen a blood blister at the back of my gums, not under or around a tooth just entirely on its own. I didn't realize or feel anything till I was done brushing my teeth, could this be from brushing or toxins of cigarettes?

Yes and no: The white plaque may simply be healing tissue or dead tissue sloughing off. The blisters are another matter. Without examination, it is hard to say. You might have placed gauze in and out too many times and pulled away the top layer of healthy tissue.
