Fistula?: What you are describing sounds like a fistula or drainage track from an infected tooth. Your dentist can confirm this with an X-ray and a Gutta percha placed in the "gum pimple". Two thoughts: Either an infection or a mucocele. It doesn't make sense to take any chances. See a dentist to know for sure. Yes and no: The white plaque may simply be healing tissue or dead tissue sloughing off. The blisters are another matter. Without examination, it is hard to say. You might have placed gauze in and out too many times and pulled away the top layer of healthy tissue. Possibly....: When wisdom teeth don't quite have room to fit there can be several reasons for swelling including: food getting stuck behind the tooth, cheek biting, gum getting squished between partially erupted top and bottom teeth, and infection.
