Contact reaction: The most common reason for this type of complaint would be some type of contact reaction. A blister could occur secondary to trauma or something you came into contact with and were allergic to. Blister rash: 1). This rash needs to be evaluated " in person" to come up with some conclusive differential
2). The distribution and duration sounds like - scabies or eczema super- infected with bacteria or virus or sone other rash of viral origin. Fungal rash when super infected with bacteria also act like your description. Read more

Eczema: Sounds like eczema. Needs to be treated with mid to high potency steroids. Could try twice daily Hydrocortisone ointment and strict avoidance of soap, water and solvents for a few weeks. Read more

But the Pathognomonic means they indicate a certain disease almost in all cases. Your rash sounds like one but this is not the place for diagnoses -- it is more proper to visit your dermatologist.
