I have small red blisters on the side of my left foot. Dark red and in small clusters. Not painful but skin around them is hard. What could it be?

Poison oak or ivy?: That's a tough one! Depending on where you live and what you have been doing, any number of caused might explain your symptoms. If you live in the US, and have been outdoors lately, exposure to poison oak or ivy often results in the kind of rash you're describing.
