I had a d&c for a blighted ovum 2 .5 weeks ago. Negative pregnancy test yesterday so hCG is gone. Now ovulation symp, can I conceive so soon after?
I got a positive pregnancy test, but I have no symptoms.My last pregnancy was a blighted ovum (no pg symptoms) before that i miscarried from turner's syndrome (had pg symptoms) is this a bo again?

May women will have more symptoms in one healthy pregnancy versus another healthy pregnancy. See a specialist: You should have ovulation return in about a month after a miscarriage. There are reasons for no ovulation, including the tests you are using are incorrect.
