No picture: for some reason I could not access your file to see the picture. it could be anything from what you listed the most likely scenario is the bleeding is coming from anal fissure which is a tear in the lining, very common. since I have not seen the picture it is hard for me to even guess if bleeding continue see your physician. good luck ...Read more

Given : Given her age, i would not even attempt to deal with this on your own. Bring her to a podiatrist or dermatologist. Don't be alarmed about the bleeding. Warts are very vascular, and they build a network of blood vessels around themselves, and bleeding is common. No one ever bleed to death from a wart. Keep it clean & dry, cover it with a band aid or some sort of dry, sterile dressing, reassure her it's not anything she did, not a cleanliness issue, and she will be ok.
