No actual diet: I recommend my patients, who are dealing with ulcers, try to keep some food in their stomach, even a snack before going to bed. There's no foods that have to be avoided, except those that are personally irritating. So, super spicy foods or snacks should probably be left alone. and, avoid tobacco and alcohol while healing.
