Ovaries removed too?: Were the ovaries also removed? If not, there are blood vessels that connect the Fallopian tubes and ovaries to the uterus that may be a source of your bleeding due to their interruption at surgery. Hormones: It sounds like your estrogen and progesterone levels are out of synchronization.
