Not the ususal: Orgasm can cause the uterus to contract and if there is anything inside (polyps or fibroids) it could cause bleeding. It would probably take a sonogram or sometimes a small scope inserted into uterus thru cervix called a hysteroscope to determine that. Check up: If you have bleeding after sex, you should see a doctor. Most likely is that the bleeding is coming from the cervix, and one would want to make sure that you don't have a polyp or lesion on the cervix that's the cause of this bleeding. Trauma? UTI? STD?: Orgasm doesn't cause bleeding, clitoral or not. Minor trauma during sex is most likely. Possibly urinary tract infection, but UTI usually would cause other symptoms (burning, urgency). Maybe STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia) but of course only if at risk, e.g. new partner, partner sex with others, etc. See a doctor if it lasts more than 1-2 days, if other symptoms, or if at risk for STD.
