High fiber diet and/or high fiber supplements are recommended to prevent hemorrhoids from developing or worsening. Time works but...: Bleed usually resolves in a few days. Depends on what you have already tried. The first things are conservative including increasing fluid and fiber in diet to ensure that you bms are soft, losing weight, limiting the time sitting on the toilet.
