As for untreated aneurysm, if the aneurysm is small, regular, is in anterior circulation, if you don't smoke, and you have no family history of subarachnoid hemorrhage (aneurysm bleeding) - then chances are you can live long. Yes, rare: There are many much more common causes for head ache or head pains than aneurysms. Try to figure out why you have developed this fear. Did you know someone who had this. Doesn't say where you're from, but if you're in Europe I understand your concern: European docs are much more nervous about aspirin than US docs & try to use lower doses.
