If u have sharp


pain then u need to see your OBGYN ASAP or go to the ER as an ultrasound at 7 weeks should show a fetus with a htbeat and also can make sure u do not have a large ovarian cyst that can cause pain or fibroids, etc.

cramping early, if the pain gets worse or continuous bad pain or pain mainly on one side or any bleeding that would not be normal and you need to call your OB
