Yes you can..: Congratulations on your pregnancy. Babies are miracles of life! Certainly ultrasound can be done to confirm the pregnancy as well as estimating the age of the baby. There are centers providing 3-d ultrasound/pictures with video for a small fee--no prescription needed. My wight is increased from the beginning of my pregnancy in the 1st trimester 8 k but I was not eating and I vomited everything why?
Pregnancy weight: It is very normal to gain a significant amount of weight in the first trimester, even when you don't eat or drink much during that time. During early pregnancy, a woman's blood volume will double. That increase in blood volume can account for an increase in about 8-10 lbs. No but not unusual: Painless vaginal spotting or staining is fairly common in early pregnancy and fortunately resolves spontaneously and easily. If you are concerned you may want to request a "viability sonogram" which will confirm the location and viability of your pregnancy and offer you peace of mind and reassurance. Make sure your Pap test and cervical screenings are also normal.
