Partially: Very possible that a low grade infection caused the initial symptoms, then became full blown pyelonephritis , which requires initial IV antibiotics and long term treatment (at lest 3-4 weeks). Then need urologic evaluation to look for anatomic abnormalities for stones, masses, etc. That may be contributing. ...Read more

Micro hematuria: Microhematuria in a 32-year-old female who has never smoked is not very likely to be due to bladder cancer. Bladder cancer is not really genetic in nature.
