I assume these are: CT findings. These mild changes are probably of no consequence, considering you have been using cath for so many years. These finding don't explain much. Botox injection to bladder is to denervate the bladder hoping to ease the related pain and urgency after failing to behavioral modification + oral medications (antimuscarinic agents).
