I have bladder infection, brown discharge the same day it started, on Depo-Provera and had breakthrough bleeding, is it back while im being treated with cipro (ciprofloxacin)?

Can be: urinary tract infections can cause urine to turn into various colors or cause no change. You describe a discharge though, which to me makes me think you are not referring to urine color but rather to a substance with higher viscosity that urine. Hematuria: Not sure what you are referring too as brown discharge. Often if a patient has blood in their urine it can appear brownish.
