Can be: urinary tract infections can cause urine to turn into various colors or cause no change. You describe a discharge though ,which to me makes me think you are not referring to urine color but rather to a substance with higher viscosity that urine. It might, but...: The main symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection is itching and irritation, not discharge. When discharge is present, it's usually white, not yellow.
