Multiple causes: I am not sure why your Dr. is not concerned, but your symptoms can be caused by many things including but not limited to: underlying Diabetes, dehydration, heart rhythm issues, blood pressure problems, seizures, inner ear infections/dysfunction, various Neurological conditions, Anxiety and other Psychiatric illnesses, etc. If this continues, get an evaluation.
