Could be acne..: Acne can take different forms, especially on the back and chest. There are some great creams that can help, and even some oral antibiotics may be appropriate. To help in the meantime, try to avoid synthetic fiber shirts, always shower immediately after working out and sweating and avoid scented or perfumed soaps. Comedone Extractor: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day ; use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Exfoliate occasionally. Try not to pop pimples. I squeeze mine: They are blocked oil glands with a plug which can be squeezed out. Salicylic acid and tretinoin (retinoic acid) are very effective. See a dermatologist if they are large or numerous.
