Blackheads On Hands
I have these blackheads on my back that will not pop. You can run your hands over the skin on my back and feel a lot of them, but when you try to pop them, they won't. Also, I have this blackhead on my back and it pops, only a tiny bit of stuff comes out.
I drink more than 2 litres of water and do not eat junk food. Still I have blackheads, scars, acne, and dull and ugly skin. I want the skin on my face to be like it is on my hands. Should I take proteins?
