More info!: How big are they? How long has he had them? A person can get moles or freckles on the feet. Plantar warts can also look a little black. See dermatologist: Can't tell... These might be "blackheads" that simply need to be cleaned out. Or they could be very dark nevi, or moles, that need to be screened for skin cancer.
