I had about 20-30 black speck in my urine. Urgent care said test neg for stones. Must have passed all of them. 2 month later I am passing 1-2 a week?
Urinary stones: it sounds like you need a thorough evaluation for urinary stones by a urologist. Urinalysis is rather nonspecific for stones.
