NEUROPATHIC : Your description sounds like neuropathic pain. Give the wise distance in areas ie feet and teeth , it could very well be a vitamin deficiency or diabetes . You need a full exam labs especially TFTS/b12/folate/vitD /Lyme titers. 120/??: Not sure what your BP is since 120/135 is impossible. Tingling, dreamy feeling disorientation suggests hyperventilation but a toxic drug exposure could do it too. Numbness of the left arm, if brief, is most likely a compression neuropathy - so long as it resolves with movement. These are my immediate thoughts - if persistent, see your doctor. ...Read more
