Hello, my problem is that on my back below the neck many pimpals and black blots makes when the pimple blast so please help me, which medicine I can?

Warm compress: I think it is reasonable to try to start with a warm compress applied on and off in 15 minute periods. Usually lymph nodes less than 1 cm are insignificant, and those over 2 centimeters are more worry some. In a young healthy patient with no other symptoms, and no increase in the size of the lymph node over one year, it's unlikely that this 1 cm lymph node is significant.
