I have a large bump on my anus. It's sore and has a black dot on it. Is this an ingrown hair and if so, what is the best treatment?
What cause a black spot on brown poop/stools? Sometimes it big and almost cover all my brown poops. Also sometimes my poop is so small as pinky finger

Likely a blackhead. A blackhead or comedo is a clogged hair follicle (pore) in the skin. Keratin (skin debris) combines with oil to block the follicle. Gently squeeze the contents out. There are comedo extractors available at a pharmacy. See youtube for illustrated examples of how to remove.
