Black Dot Floater In Eye
Have little black dot floater in eye moves when I move my eye. On and off for 2 weeks. Is this dangerous. Been seen by opthamologist a month ago.?
Seeing 1 black dot in left eye for about 2 weeks now it's there all time, no matter where I look it appears I know what floaters are this is all time?
Floater: If a floater yes, it could be stuck in the bursa pre macular is area. Many times will move away or you will get used to it. But it could be from something else more serious. So go see an ophthalmologist.See 1 more doctor answer
Doctors, im 21 years old and I feel floaters around my eyes. Black spot and some of them are lines. How can I cure this? Is it dangerous? Please help.
Needs evaluation.: Black spots and lines in your vision need evaluation by an opthalmologist as they may indicate problems with your retina and could lead to blindness. If these have been present for a while there is no urgency, but if these just showed up you should be seen as soon as reasonably possible.See 2 more doctor answers
Yes: floaters can appear at any age after about 18. It's aging. Ask if a parent experienced this early.
Doc found a black spot behind my eye said it could be a freckle sending me for 2nd opinion. Seeing floaters n blurry vision eyepain is this normal?
No: The eye pain and floaters are probably not related to the 'freckle' and are not normal. A choridal nevus is a freckle in the choroid the layer under the retina covering the inside of the eye. Most are benign but need to be monitored. A retinal exam and a bscan ultrasound can give clues if it is a melanoma (malignant tumor). A second opinion is a good idea in this case.See 1 more doctor answer
Looks like blind spots in my vision. I've had my eyes tested and nothing was found. It's a big black dot that sometimes appear and doesn't float?
Please repost: Please repost and include information about whether you have migraines.
If my eye test was perfect and nothing was abnormal then why have I been seeing a black dot for a year. It doesn't float and can be block vision?
I keep seeing a black dot in my vision that dose not float it looks like a blind spo iI've had my eyes tested they are healthy what could be the cause?
Second opinion: A fixed black spot that does not move or clear can indicate a retinal or lens issue. You must be examined and evaluated by a board certified ophthalmologist-ASAP!
I keep getting a black dot in my vision and sometimes it's a black fuzz like a light and I have been getting floaters a lot lately?
Ophthalmologist: See one to rule out a retinal tear.
Had my eyes checked and my vision and eye health is fine but I get a black spot in my vision that comes and goes it doesn't float and can be fuzzy?
Second opinion: Please consult an ophthalmologist for a second opinion: your symptoms suggest a retinal issue.
Floaters: Floaters are thickenings in the vitreous jelly inside the eye. They are common with age, myopia, inflammation, trauma, and other issues. They are benign and do not damage your vision. Rarely, they can cause retinal tears which may require laser treatment. Otherwise, no treatment is needed. In very rare cases, the floaters can become dense enough to block vision and may need surgical removal.See 1 more doctor answer

Hav a small black dot on my left eye in the white part from morning....I can feel it slightly....What should I do...?
Can be normal: There are spots in the white part of the eye that look like a little black spot. This is where the blood vessels and nerves come from or out of the eye, called a loop of henley. Not to worry about this!
My eye test was fine but I keep seeing a black dot that looks a bit like a little light but I didn't let them dilate my pupils?
Checked eyes by SR. Ophthalogist, Said eyes are normal inside did dil. BE test. But I see a very small black dot when I blink my eye, only in right eye.
