Age? indication?: If you're >12 years old, for acute diarrhea, the dose is 2 tabs or 30 ccs every 30-60 minutes as needed with a 24 hour maximum of 16 tabs or 240 ccs. For h. I guess you could: but I would avoid it. I'm of the opinion that suspensions should be discarded by the expiration date. I'm ok with expired tablets by several months however as a rule of thumb, if you don't have to take expired medications--don't. ...Read more
