7 days: Typically 7 days, though of course you'd have to be ovulating in order to get pregnant, so its' possible that you didn't ovulate and the 4 days of usage was good enough protection. Likelihood is that you didn't get pregnant, but 7 days is recommended. You can always take a pregnancy test at the end of the pack, but chances are very low you're pregnant.
