They CAN be great!: Keep in mind that they are an over-the-counter product, but they can be very good for your feet. Their thinthotic can be heat molded to give more (or less) arch that it come in the package. Their newer line of polysorb total support has really surprised me in how beneficial it can be. Absolutely!!!!!!!!: Marching requires different positions of your foot than normal walking and therfore the pressure on your foot is redistributed differently. I've been fitted with insoles and now I'm getting pain and pins + needles in my ankle that's got pin and plate. Is it the insoles that's the issue?
