Something yellow dropped on my hair, not sure if it was bird poop, but it was somewhere near the sky. I washed it little with soap, should I be scared?

No: Whatever it was, you washed it out and there is no need for concern. My son touched dried bird poop with his finger and then put his finger in his nose. What should I do?

Watch for infection: Your son only touched the bird dried poop and put the finger in his nose, you clean his finger and nose with antiseptic solution or wash with soap. Keep his finger and nose clean, dry. Watch if he gets cough cold or running nose (any viral infection) then see your doctor. Only touching dried bird poop briefly then chances of getting any infection are much less.

My dog might have eaten some bird poop last week and today he licked my face and ears. Can I get a brain parasite or sick from this?

My dog might have eaten some bird poop last week and today he licked my face and ears. Can I get a brain parasite or sick from this?

No risk, no worries: In the US in the past 50 years, important medical consequences from dogs are very rare, esp. Assuming the dog is properly vaccinated. The main risk is wound infection if bitten. Parasitic infections from dogs are very rare and ingesting bird droppings doesn't raise the risk. Anyway, for every time you know this happened, it probably occurred 10 other times as well. Nothing to worry about!

Touched bird poop. Washed hands 6x, used hand sanitizer 3x, used rubbing alcohol 1x. Will I get sick from the poop? Will my nursing baby get sick?

I doubt it.: While we "never say NEVER" in medicine, it sounds to me like you did all you could to reduce any risk you might have from the bird poop contact. Sounds to me like you are working to be a responsible mom, and keep your nursing baby healthy.

Get it checked: If the pain persists and eye is red, you should consult a local doctor or an ophthalmologist, as it may be due to irritation due to rubbing, or allergic reaction and there is a chance of infection as well you did the right think by washing it out.

I may have popped a blood vessel in my eye while pooping?

Hemorrhage in eye: Sometimes a vessel in the conjunctival lining of the eye over the white sclera, will seep a drop of blood which spreads over a broad area, looking very red. Common stresses that do this are straining at the toilet, coughing, sneezing and various athletic maneuvers. If the vision is unaffected and there is no pain, you can usually wait this out. But see an ophthalmologist if you have worries.
